We hope you will not have cause to complain, but if you do, we prefer you to contact the Practice Manager, Carolyn Boyd, in the first instance. Many complaints can be resolved quickly, easily and informally.

We maintain anonymous records of all complaints (informal and formal) to enable us to identify any common themes and to learn from the experiences patients feed back to us.
